RESEARCH, ANALYSIS, AND IDEA DEVELOPMENT    The Zango Group's principal, Galen Gruman, has provided white-paper authoring, research, and idea development for the PricewaterhouseCoopers Technology Center on a variety of enterprise-related technology business topics, including SOA governance, utility computing, security, CRM, and software pricing.

PUBLIC FORUMS    Principal Galen Gruman has also moderated panels on technology/business topics, such as for the Northern California chapter of the Young Presidents Organization.

COLLATERAL DEVELOPMENT    The Zango Group also provides editorial services as a subcontractor to BayCreative, a San Francisco marketing firm that specializes in print and online collateral development. Most of these projects involve rewriting internal materials used by sales forces — such as white papers, brochures, FAQs, and sales guides — to make them clear and relevant to an enterprise audience.
