Two of the four bedrooms could be combined into a two-room suite for a couple, including bathroom and sliding-door access to the backyard. Occupancy is limited to four people. Both bathrooms include tubs with showers, as well as toilet and sink. Appliances include a gas stove/range, dishwasher, refrigerator, in-sink garbage disposal, and, in the garage, a clothes washer and dryer. There is also a satellite dish installed if the tenants want to subscribe to satellite TV service, as well as cable TV wiring for cable service. The house is wired for computer networking (both wired and wireless) and high-speed DSL/cable Internet access, if the tenants want to subscribe to such a service. Each bedroom, as well as the living room and kitchen, has a phone jack. Each bedroom, as well as the living room, has an Ethernet jack. Three bedrooms and the living room have cable/satellite jacks.
The house has off-street parking for one car (in the driveway), plus on-street parking for two or three vehicles in front of the house. The local bus line stops at the corner. (The garage door is old and difficult to open, so the garage is not recommended for parking a car.) The house has a backyard with patio area and extensive landscaping on all sides. Tenants are responsible for mowing the backyard lawn and for trimming away plants that intrude upon public sidewalks. Alternatively, if they do not want to do so or hire someone directly, the landlord will include gardening service for $100 per month extra.
